I reluctantly took on a few intermediate students lately. Reluctantly as I am in my comfort zone with beginners due to the fact that I have zero formal music training or theory and play instinctively which can make it difficult to put things across beyond basic strumming and chords.
One of my intermediate students is a 17 year old guy with notions of rock guitar God status so I wasnt sure how well "Aint she Sweet" and "Five foot Two" with split strokes and triplets was going down.
Then he posted this on FaceBook:
"I fecking love ukuele its like the happiest instrument ever its put me in such a good mood :L:L


Im happy!!!!

There you go. It gets lonely being a rock god.

Would you be interested in taking on another student?? I bought my Ukulele last week and have been trying to teach myself online but I would be better with a teacher!! (I hope!)

Just realised there are not so many ukulele teachers out there! I live in Dublin - not sure where you are based?

I can't wait to get started and too love my red ukulele!!
